Naari Utsav 2025 : Season 5 Celebrates the Spirit of Womanhood in Vasco
Vasco: The Grand Finale of Naari Utsav 2025 – Season 5, organized by Naarisoch Art & Cultural Club in collaboration with the Directorate of Art & Culture, was held with great fervor at Ravindra Bhavan, Vasco. Hon’ble Minister Mauvin Godinho graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, commending the vibrant celebration of womanhood.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Godinho remarked, “Abilities are of little count without an opportunity”, applauding the platform for empowering women and allowing them to showcase their talent, confidence, and cultural richness.
The event was led under the dynamic leadership of Suvina Manjrekar and Dr. Nitin Manjrekar, who have been instrumental in creating this unique space for women across Goa.
Winners of the Grand Finale were:
1st Prize: Ira Bhatkande
2nd Prize: Neha Umraskar
3rd Prize: Bhakti Bandekar
The occasion also witnessed the presence of several dignitaries, including Smt. Aishwarya Korgaonkar (Dy. Sarpanch, VP Chicalim), Dr. Dharmendra Prabhudesai (Vice Chairman, Ravindra Bhavan Vasco), Ritu Arolkar (Event Coordinator), and respected judges Asha Arondekar and Sarika Shirodkar.
Adding to the significance of the evening, a special souvenir magazine ‘Udaan’, celebrating women achievers, was released.
The event concluded with a strong message of empowerment, inspiration, and celebration of women’s contributions to society.
