CM Pramod Sawant Inaugurates Workshop on iGOT Mission Karmayogi Portal

Panaji, Goa: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant inaugurated a half-day workshop on the iGOT Mission Karmayogi Portal, marking a significant stride towards enhancing digital learning and capacity building in the state’s civil services. The event was attended by Hon’ble Ministers, senior government officers, and the dedicated iGOT team from Delhi.

The workshop focused on accelerating the onboarding of all state government employees onto the iGOT platform, with GIPARD (Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development) designated as the nodal agency. This initiative aligns with the broader national vision of transforming civil services through continuous learning and competency development.

In a move to further digitize training infrastructure, the Chief Minister also launched GIPARD’s new Training Management System (TMS), developed in collaboration with KILA (Kerala Institute of Local Administration). The TMS aims to streamline and automate training administration across various government departments.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Sawant reiterated the state’s commitment to building a smart, digitally empowered, and future-ready governance system, in line with the goals of Viksit Goa and Viksit Bharat.
