Yoga Maha Kumbh Energizes Nation Ahead of 11th International Day of Yoga
As India gears up for the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY) on June 21, celebrations under the banner Yoga Maha Kumbh are underway across the country. Centered on the 2025 theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” the movement highlights India’s yogic heritage and promotes holistic well-being.
In Delhi, a three-day event began at the Heartfulness Meditation Centre, RK Puram, organized by CONCOR and MDNIY with the Heartfulness Institute. The event features yoga demonstrations, mindfulness sessions, and a Nukkad Natak promoting yoga’s benefits.
Meanwhile, Ladakh hosts the International Festival of Yoga and Meditation (IFYM) 2025 at iconic sites like Pangong Lake and Sindhu Ghat, led by the Ministry of Ayush and local bodies.
In Noida, Arham Dhyan Yog launched its Maha Kumbh edition with Harit Yoga, essay, and debate contests, with a major event planned on June 21 at Shivalik Park.
From Delhi to Ladakh to Noida, the Yoga Maha Kumbh 2025 unites communities through yoga, reinforcing India’s global leadership in wellness and harmony.
