WRITERS MEET FOR GOAN WRITERS AND POETS FROM JUNE 21
Panaji : The Institute Menezes Braganza is set to host a ‘Writers Meet’ exclusively for Goan writers and poets at SRK Farm, Khandepar, Ponda, from June 21 to June 22, 2025. The inaugural function will take place at 4:30 p.m. on June 21.
This two-day meet is an opportunity for Goan literary voices to come together and share their thoughts and experiences. The primary objective is to foster discussion on the literary landscape of Goa, explore ways to enrich local literature, and encourage the development of meaningful and culturally rooted creative writing.
Organizers invite all Goan poets and writers to actively participate and contribute to this literary initiative. The event also aims to inspire and support budding writers by providing them with exposure to established literary figures and the creative process.
The Institute hopes that the interaction among writers of different generations will result in fruitful suggestions for the growth and promotion of literature in the state.
