Kanhaiya Kumar, Pappu Yadav Stopped from Boarding Rahul Gandhi’s Van During Bihar Protest
Patna : A video circulating on social media has sparked speculation after it appeared to show Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar and Independent MP from Purnia, Pappu Yadav, being stopped by security personnel as they attempted to board a protest van carrying senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
The incident occurred during the Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance) protest in Bihar, where top opposition leaders gathered to demonstrate against the central government on various issues. Notably, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav was seen on the same van alongside Rahul Gandhi.
While visuals show the two leaders being halted, it remains unclear why Kanhaiya Kumar and Pappu Yadav were not permitted to board the vehicle. Neither the Congress party nor the event organizers have issued an official statement clarifying the situation.
The incident has prompted reactions online, with many questioning whether the move was a security protocol or a sign of internal tensions within the opposition bloc.
