Miniature Painting Workshop Inaugurated at Sanskruti Bhavan
Panaji : Director of Art and Culture, Shri Sagun Velip, along with other dignitaries, inaugurated a Miniature Painting Workshop at the Art Gallery, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto-Panaji. The event has been organized by the Directorate of Art and Culture, Government of Goa, in collaboration with the West Zone Cultural Centre (WZCC), Udaipur.
The workshop aims to introduce and train participants in the traditional art of miniature painting, a celebrated form of Indian heritage. Experts from Rajasthan, renowned for their mastery in miniature art, will conduct sessions focusing on both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience. Participants will benefit from live demonstrations and detailed guidance throughout the training.
This intensive workshop is scheduled to continue till July 17, 2025, and is part of the Directorate’s ongoing efforts to promote and preserve India’s rich artistic traditions.
