MLA Krishna Daji Salkar Lays Foundation Stone for Long-Pending Development Work in Ward 18
Vasco: MLA Krishna Daji Salkar laid the foundation stone for the long-awaited paver development work in Ward 18, marking a major milestone for a project that had been pending for over a decade.
Speaking at the event, MLA Salkar congratulated Ward Councillor Amey Chopdekar for his dedicated efforts in pushing the project forward. “This work was pending for more than 10 years. Today, with the commitment of Councillor Amey Chopdekar and the support of the people, we are finally taking this step,” said Salkar.
He further highlighted that over the past three years, his focus has been on ensuring balanced development across all wards. “No ward in our constituency has been left behind when it comes to infrastructure and civic improvements. Our goal has always been all-round, inclusive development,” he added.
Residents expressed satisfaction and appreciation for the long-pending issue finally being addressed, expressing hope for continued progress in the area.
