MLA Kedar Naik Lays Foundation Stone for New Road at Perxett Wado, Guirim
Guirim : In a major step towards boosting road infrastructure in Saligao constituency, MLA Kedar Naik laid the foundation stone for the construction of a new road at Perxett Wado, Guirim, near the revered Shree Rashtroli Brahman Devasthan. The initiative fulfills a long-pending demand of the local residents and aims to enhance connectivity and improve daily commute in the area.
The foundation-laying ceremony was attended by key local representatives including Shri Shubham Rao Dessai (Sarpanch, Guirim Panchayat), Smt. Shreya Ulhas Naik (Deputy Sarpanch, Guirim Panchayat), and panchayat members Shri Babaji L. Gadekar, Smt. Dalini Franco, Smt. Sukanti Kandolkar, Shri Kalpesh Naik, along with Shri Sakharam Morajkar, President of the Devasthan committee. A large number of enthusiastic local residents also joined the event.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Naik reaffirmed his commitment to improving basic infrastructure and stated that road development continues to be a top priority for achieving a progressive and well-connected Saligao.
