PM Modi Hails Yuva Spiritual Summit as Step Towards Drug-Free India

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday lauded the Yuva Spiritual Summit, calling it a major step towards building a drug-free India. Responding to a post by Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya on X, PM Modi urged citizens to read about the summit’s impact.

Organised under the MY Bharat initiative, the summit took place on the ghats of Kashi with the theme “Drug-Free Youth for a Viksit Bharat.” It forms part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, focusing on youth-led efforts against substance abuse.

Dr. Mandaviya called it a national spiritual awakening, stressing the youth’s leadership in this cause. The event featured spiritual leaders, influencers, and young changemakers promoting mental wellness and community action. Awareness sessions, pledges, and campaigns were launched to inspire a healthier, addiction-free India by 2047.
