FOUNDATION STONE LAID FOR CARMONA FOOTBALL GROUND
In a significant development for the residents of Carmona and sports enthusiasts in the Benaulim Constituency, the foundation stone for the construction of a football ground was laid recently. This move is expected to boost sports infrastructure in the area and provide a dedicated space for local clubs to train and compete.
The project has been a long-standing demand of the local community, who have been struggling with the lack of availability of football grounds for training and other purposes. Most of the local grounds are given to outstation teams for training purposes, leaving little room for local clubs.

along with MLA Saligao & Vice Chairman GSIDC, Shri. Kedar Naik, MLA Velim, MLA Curz silva .
