Continuous heavy rainfall in Goa lead to the filling of dams in Goa. Three dams in Goa, namely Selaulim, Panchawadi, & Gaunem, are overflowing. While Selaulim has 104 percent water, Panchwadi and Gaunem have 102 percent and 100 percent of capacity filled, respectively. Amthane has 58 per cent, Chapoli 77 per cent, Anjunem 57 percent, and Tillari 61 percent water. From Tillari, a discharge of 172 cumecs has been started.
