MLA Altone D’Costa Honored at Watershed Yatra Project in Morpirla
Morpirla: MLA Altone D’Costa was honored at the Watershed Yatra project held in Morpirla, in the presence of Morpirla Panchayat Sarpanch Ashwini Gaonkar, Panch members Sangita Gaonkar, Nitesh Velip, Suvarna Velip, and Sonu Velip, along with the Quepem Zonal Agriculture Officer, members of the Morpirla Panchayat Devasthan Committee, and other dignitaries.
During the event, MLA D’Costa appreciated the efforts of the Quepem Zonal Agriculture Office staff in implementing the project and encouraged them to work diligently for the farmers of the Quepem Constituency. He emphasized the need for effective execution of agriculture-related schemes to ensure that farmers receive the maximum benefits.
The Watershed Yatra project aims to enhance water conservation and agricultural productivity in the region, providing much-needed support to local farmers.
