Calangute Gets a Boost with Vermeer BC1200XL’s Advanced Drilling Capabilities
Calangute : In a significant step toward modernizing its infrastructure, the Calangute Panchayat received the advanced Vermeer BC1200XL equipment from Vermeer Equipment India Pvt. Ltd. The handover ceremony took place on Saturday at the Calangute Panchayat Hall.
“This state-of-the-art equipment is a game-changer for our village’s infrastructure development,” said Joseph Sequeira, Sarpanch of Calangute. “The Vermeer BC1200XL will enable us to tackle infrastructure challenges more efficiently, improving the overall quality of life for our residents.”
The Vermeer BC1200XL, a high-performance horizontal directional drilling (HDD) machine, is engineered for precision drilling in water, gas, and telecommunications infrastructure projects. With minimal surface disruption, it enhances the speed and efficiency of underground installations, making it ideal for urban development.
