CM Pramod Sawant Inaugurates First Span of Elevated Corridor on NH-66 at Porvorim
Porvorim : Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant inaugurated the first span of the much-anticipated Elevated Corridor on NH-66 at Porvorim today. On this occasion, he also offered pooja in the presence of Tourism & IT Minister Shri Rohan Khaunte, senior officials, and representatives of RRSM Infrastructure.
Speaking at the event, CM Sawant expressed satisfaction with the progress of the project and lauded the relentless efforts of the contractors. “I am happy with the dedicated efforts of the contractors who have been working tirelessly to bring this visionary project to life. With rapid progress and ahead-of-schedule completion, this state-of-the-art infrastructure is set to redefine Porvorim’s connectivity, easing travel, reducing congestion, and ensuring a seamless commuting experience on NH-66 for the next 100 years,” he said.
The Elevated Corridor is a key infrastructure development aimed at enhancing traffic flow, reducing travel time, and providing a smooth commuting experience for residents and visitors. This milestone marks another significant step in Goa’s journey towards modern and efficient urban infrastructure.
