Lawande was speaking at a free notes book distribution ceremony to the students of 1st to 4th standard and 5th to 10th standard organised by sagar varta media in association with Rajesh Dhabolkar at the shri Shantadurga temple Calangute,
Besides Journalist sagar lawande also present were social worker Rajesh Dhabolkar as the chief guest, panch member Prasad shirodkar, social worker Rajendra Korgaonkar, Pandurang Matkar,president of the shree dev babreshwar Temple Chandrakant chodankar social worker Rajesh Dabholkar, senior Journalist Kamlakar Humraskar and others. Note books were distributed to the Around 300 students benefited from this programme .
“For the last 10 years in many social worker Rajesh Dhabolkar is doing a fantastic Job of educating the students in the field of education in several Talukas of Goa as he has a great wish to see the children getting educated and making a future for themselves” said Lawande
“This is a good initiative taken by sagar lawande and sagarvarta media to distribute note books to the students and this was happening first time in calangute constituency and urged the students to take full benefit of it ” said Prasad Shirodkar in his speech
“I express my gratitude to sagar varta media and Sagar Lawande for collaborating with me and taking this initiative towards reaching out to the students our only aim is to educate the children and till the children are not educated we their future will not be bright” said Dhabolkar
