International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking held at KTC bus stand Panaji.
In Observance of the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, Minister for Social Welfare, Shri Subhash Phal Dessai inaugurated the program by releasing balloons at the KTC Bus Stand,Panaji. The function was organized by the Directorate of Social Welfare in collaboration with the NGO Human Touch. Secretary, Social Welfare, Shri. E. Vallavan, IAS, Director, Social Welfare, Shri Ajit Panchwadkar, Senior Programme Officer for the Nasha Mukta Bharat Abhiyan under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India,Dr. Sijo George, State Coordinator for the Project Management Unit (PMU), Ms. Amisha Yadav & Students were also present.
