Distribution of fruit bearing Saplings by Biodiversity Management Committee of Calangute
Calangute: More than 600 fruit bearing plants are distributed under Slogan One Tree One Life, Plant Trees for Better future.
Program was organized by Biodiversity Management Committee in association with Village Panchayat Calangute to create awareness amongst the people of Calangute the importance of planting trees to provide Clean and Green Environment for the next generation.
This program was conducted under the slogan ” One Tree One Life” to give clear message to every household that Restoring the Nature is our only Hope for a happy future.
With just one call people from Calangute came in large number to collect the plants that showing their love for nature with clear message to those who are engaged in desroying our green and Clean Village Environment. Almost more than 600 plants are distributed and the program went on from 11.00 am till 1.00 pm .
