Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar Lays Foundation Stone for Talpona Road
Talpona, Canacona : In a significant step towards improving infrastructure and connectivity, Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly, Shri Ramesh Tawadkar, laid the foundation stone for the much-awaited road from Talpona Jetty to the Ganpati Temple in Talpona, Canacona. This project fulfills a long-standing demand of the local residents and aims to enhance accessibility in the region.
The foundation stone-laying ceremony was held in the presence of Sarpanch Smt. Savita Tawadkar, Ward Panch Smt. Asmita Joshi, Panch member Shri Mahesh Naik, President of Shree Ganpati Temple Shri Anil Keluskar, Contractor Shri Darshan Naik Gaonkar, PWD officials, and local villagers.
Speaking on the occasion, Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar reiterated his commitment to the development of Canacona, emphasizing that improved road infrastructure will benefit the residents and devotees visiting the temple. He also assured continued efforts to address the needs of the people and enhance public amenities in the region.
