CM Pramod Sawant Attends International Temple Convention & Expo in Tirupati

Tirupati : Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant had the honor of attending and addressing the prestigious International Temple Convention & Expo – Mandir Ka Mahakumbh, organized by Temple Connect in the sacred city of Tirupati.

The event witnessed the presence of several eminent dignitaries, including Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister Shri Shripad Naik, Treasurer of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust Swami Govinddeo Giri Ji, Shri C R Mukunda Ji (Sah-Sarkaryavah), and other revered Mahants and spiritual leaders.

CM Sawant extended his heartfelt congratulations to Temple Connect, led by Shri Prasad Lad and Shri Girish Kulkarni, for successfully organizing this significant gathering on the holy land of Tirupati.

 

Speaking at the event, CM Sawant emphasized Goa’s rich temple heritage, vibrant traditions, grand utsavas, and exemplary temple management. He reiterated the Government of Goa’s commitment to promoting cultural tourism, with a special focus on temples and spiritual yatras.

Expressing confidence in the impact of the convention, CM Sawant stated, “Mandir Ka Mahakumbh will serve as an essential platform for insightful discussions on best practices in temple management and the integration of modern technologies, including AI, to preserve and enhance our sacred institutions.”

The International Temple Convention & Expo serves as a key forum for temple trustees, administrators, scholars, and devotees to exchange knowledge and strategies for strengthening temple governance and spiritual tourism in India.
