MLA Altone D’Costa Inaugurates Road Hot-Mixing Work
Quepem : Fulfilling his commitment to improving infrastructure in the constituency, MLA Altone D’Costa inaugurated the much-needed road hot-mixing work from Green Valley Godgal to Lokvishwas Pratisthan School, Sirvoi. The project aims to provide smooth access for students of the special school and ease commuting for local residents.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Quepem Municipal Council Councillor Chetan Haldankar, PWD Road AE Rohan Dessai, Narendra Dessai, teachers and students of Lokvishwas Pratisthan School, Sirvoi, former Barcem Panchayat Sarpanch Malu Velip, and other dignitaries.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Altone D’Costa reaffirmed his dedication to infrastructure development, stating, “I had assured the school improved road access as commuters were facing significant difficulties due to poor road conditions. Today, I am pleased to see this promise being fulfilled. I remain committed to delivering on my assurances and working tirelessly to make Quepem the No. 1 reality.”
The upgraded road will significantly benefit students, teachers, and residents, ensuring safer and more convenient travel in the region.
