Siolim MLA Extends Support to Stampede Victim with ₹1 Lakh Cheque from CM’s Relief Fund
Siolim : In a heartwarming act of compassion, Siolim MLA extended financial assistance to Gokul Salgaonkar, who sustained serious injuries in the recent stampede during the Devi Lairai Jatra. The MLA handed over a cheque of ₹1 lakh from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to the victim at a small ceremony held in Vaddy, Siolim.
The event was attended by Siolim-Marna Panchayat Sarpanch Shri Amit Morajkar, Ward Member Smt. Fermina Fernandes, and other Panchayat members. Their presence underscored the community’s collective support for Salgaonkar during his time of distress.
