He was speaking at the birthday celebrations of Calangute MLA Michael lobo at this residence at Parra, besides chief minister Dr Pramod sawant also present were BJP state president Sandanad shet Tanavde, Margao MLA Digambar kamat,Sanguem MLA Subash Faldessai, Siolim MLA Delilah lobo and others.
